"Wolf Moon (Including Zoanthropic Paranoia)" is a song by Type O Negative, included on their fourth album October Rust, released in 1996. Popularly referred simply as "Wolf Moon", the song may come to mind of them transforming into a werewolf from looking at the full moon. Generally, wolf moon is the full moon in January, the month where wolves howl the most during the breeding season. The song is actually about performing oral sex on a menstruating woman, with werewolf imagery sprinkled throughout.
The song title in parentheses references what it is really about. Zoanthropy is a mental disorder in which one believes oneself to be an animal, such as a wolf, while paranoia is a mental disorder characterized by delusions and personal conflicts.
