"Wolf Moon (Including Zoanthropic Paranoia)" is a song by Type O Negative, included on their fourth album October Rust, released in 1996. The song is about performing oral sex on a menstruating woman, with werewolf imagery sprinkled throughout.

Keyboard is the first instrument heard that begins the track and the acoustic guitar can be heard though buried deep in the mix during the verses. It is one of two songs on the October Rust album to feature an acoustic guitar, the other is "Die with Me".
